Quiche lorraine

Recipe from my French host mom...

4 eggs
20 cl liquid fresh cream (demi-écrèmé)
150 g lardons
Various vegetables: green beans, onions, carrots, whatever you want

Either a premade crust from a grocery store or
180 g flour
90 g butter/margarine cut in morcels
1 to 2 small spoons of cold water
--> In a bowl, put in flour, make a little dip, put everything else in, mix with hands until comes off the bowl, and roll it with a roller to make it flat

1. Put all the ingredients together and mix
2. In a pan, put baking paper, dough, then the mix
3. Put it in the oven for about 30 minutes
