Fruit crumble

Recipe from French host mother, roughly translated!

150 g flour
150 g cassonade (sucre roux) = brown sugar
125 g butter (salted if available) *have out 30 minutes before

400 g peaches OR 4 apples OR half and half OR whatever fruit...

Oven preheat to 210˚C

1. Mix the flour, brown sugar, butter all together
2. In a pan, put apples, peaches, then the mix in that order
3. Put it in oven for about 40 minutes or until the top is a good gold
