Some Like It Hot (1959)
Starring Marilyn Monroe, Tony Curtis, Jack Lemmon.
A comedy about two musicians who, in fear of Italian mobsters on their trail for witnessing their murders, disguise themselves as women and join an all-female band on a gig in Florida. They become close with Sugar, a slightly ditzy but sexy girl.
Marilyn Monroe didn't have a huge role, it was obvious she wasn't really good at acting and was there as a sex icon, but the guys, especially the blond one who really gets into being a girl, were really funny and it got funnier as the movie went on.
I don't really get why it's a classic, though...
